Homemade: Apple Cider Vinegar Tonic

Apple Cider Vinegar is known for providing holistic health benefits, such as its excellent immune boosting & vitalizing power! Keep in mind to use raw/unfiltered/unpasteurized Apple Cider Vinegar for optimal results.
"For centuries, the virtues of Apple Cider Vinegar have been proclaimed for their culinary, health, and healing properties. In 400 B.C. Hippocrates, the Father of Medicine, used Apple Cider Vinegar for cleansing and healing agent; a naturally occurring antibiotic and antiseptic that fights germs and bacteria for a healthier, stronger and longer life. He also prescribed Apple Cider Vinegar mixed with honey for a variety of ills, including coughs and colds." — Braggs Organic Apple Cider Vinegar
Not to mention, this acclaimed Apple Cider Vinegar tonic renews vitality, relieves fatigue, & gives strength.

In case your taste buds are as persnickety as mine, have no fear of the taste.
According to my parents, this tonic tastes like tepache; to me, it's just like apple juice.

Directions: Fill a glass with lukewarm water. Then stir in the honey/syrup with vinegar. Go completely by taste. For an eight fluid ounce serving, it is recommended to add one to two teaspoons of vinegar along with one to two teaspoons of sweetener. e.g. Personally, I like three teaspoons of honey with three cape fulls ~ roughly a tablespoon's worth ~ of vinegar for every 10 to 12 fluid ounces of water.

* Bonus: Add a spoonful to your favorite fruit juice and enjoy! *
