Homemade: Vegan Brownies

 Appétissant et délicieux.

An adaptation recipe, inspired by Vegan Brown Sugar Blondies via the
Cheeky Kitchen. Scrumptiously sweet and most delectable, indeed.

Ingredients:
  • 1 c organic spelt flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 c sprinkles
  • 8 tbs coconut oil
  • 1 tbs Mexican vanilla
  • 1/3 c raw cocoa powder
  • 1 c chocolate hemp milk
  • 1 c nondairy chocolate chips
Directions:

Preheat oven to 375°F.

In a large mixing bowl, stir the dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cocoa powder. Then blend in the coconut oil. Gradually add in the milk and vanilla. Once an even consistency has been reached, mix in the chocolate chips and sprinkles.

Grease a 13" x 9" pan with coconut oil. Pour in the mixture, spread evenly, and top it off with extra sprinkles. Place in a conventional oven and bake for approximately 30 minutes. Then take out of the oven and let cool. Slice up into a delectable size, serve and enjoy. Très délicieux!!

☺ Bon Appetit!

  1. I'm such a chocolate fanatic, why did I never get the idea of adding chocolate milk? >.<
Vegan pastries are among my favorites; they're sometimes hard to come by so this post definitely helps my cravings. Hahaha
